
Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Eastergate Garden Maintenance for your gardening needs. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Eastergate Garden Maintenance (the “Service Provider”). By engaging in our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

Scope of Services
Eastergate Garden Maintenance provides a range of gardening and maintenance services as described in your selected service plan or one-off job agreement. The specific tasks, frequency, and any limitations will be outlined in your service package or initial consultation. Please note that services are limited to those specified in the agreed package; additional tasks may be available upon request and may incur extra charges.

Service Scheduling and Access
We will schedule services at mutually agreed-upon times. The Customer agrees to provide clear access to the garden and any necessary facilities for the scheduled services. If access is unavailable or restricted at the time of service, the visit may need to be rescheduled, and a call-out fee may apply.

Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service, the Customer agrees to:

Remove personal belongings, debris, or obstacles that may interfere with the service.

Contain pets and keep children away from work areas during service times for safety reasons.

Notify us of any specific requirements, hazards, or fragile plants in advance.

Waste Disposal and Recycling
We follow environmentally friendly practices whenever possible, including mulching green waste directly into your garden. Standard waste removal is not included. Customers are encouraged to provide a compost bin or green waste disposal area for ease of disposal. If waste removal is required, an additional charge will apply.

Pricing, Payments, and Additional Charges
Pricing for services will be detailed in your service plan or job agreement. Payment is due upon completion of services. For any additional work outside the agreed scope, the cost will be discussed and approved before proceeding. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If notice is not provided within this period, a cancellation fee may apply. If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather), we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative date.

Limitations of Liability
While we strive to deliver excellent service, Eastergate Garden Maintenance is not responsible for damage to pre-existing garden features, structures, or plants not disclosed during the initial consultation. We are also not liable for damage due to natural causes, pests, or adverse weather that may affect the garden’s condition.

Changes to Terms and Services
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and the most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following updates indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
