Terms and Conditions for Weeding Plans

Thank you for choosing our weeding services. To ensure clear understanding and satisfaction, please review the following terms and conditions applicable to our weeding plans.

Scope of Weeding Services
Our weeding plans include the removal of common weeds in accessible garden beds, pathways, and lawn areas. Weeding is performed manually or with tools as appropriate, and we aim to keep affected areas clear and maintainable. Not all weeds can be removed within a single session, especially in cases of dense, established, or invasive weed growth. For gardens with significant overgrowth, we may recommend an initial heavy weeding session or multiple visits to gradually bring the area under control.

Limitations of Service
Weeding effectiveness may vary based on weed type, density, and root system. Some weeds with deep roots or strong re-seeding tendencies may require repeated treatments or additional products (e.g., selective weedkillers), which are not included in the standard weeding plan. We do not guarantee the complete or permanent removal of all weeds, as regrowth is natural, and some weeds may reappear depending on environmental factors and soil conditions.

Additional Costs
If heavy weeding or the use of extra treatments (such as weedkillers) is required, these will incur additional charges. Any such recommendations and costs will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding. Extra services, such as mulching or preventative measures, may also be available upon request to help reduce future weed growth.

Health and Safety Considerations
For gardens containing hazardous plants, thorny weeds, or weeds that pose a risk (e.g., poison ivy), we reserve the right to adjust the approach or decline removal for safety reasons. In such cases, alternative options may be discussed.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are encouraged to provide a waste disposal bin or compost area for the disposal of removed weeds. Waste removal is not included as part of our standard service, and, where possible, we will mulch cleared weeds directly onsite. Customers should communicate any specific weeding requests or areas of concern before the start of service to ensure the best results.
